Over the years, Iโve attended a lot of training: academic courses, manufacturers, and plenty of AV Industry certifications.
But one that has truly continued to pay dividends is my Extron Authorized Programmer Certification, which I earned back in March 2024.
Once you complete Extronโs programming levels and successfully pass the Authorized Programmer course (with a focus on Python programming), the learning doesnโt stop after the exam.
Every 4th Thursday of the month (excluding December), Extron delivers something incredibly valuable: an invite to a monthly online Python programming and technical training session.
Itโs hosted by Extron employees, including one individual who is a legend in the AVTech world.
The depth of Python knowledge shared in these sessions is pricelessโthe type of insight you donโt get from a manual or YouTube video.
